Parramatta · Google Ads & websites
You found us the same way your customers will find you.
Kerbie builds the website, runs the Google Ads and keeps the Business Profile current for small businesses around Parramatta and Sydney. Something put this page in front of you a minute ago. That same machinery, pointed at your business, is the whole service.
Written in two business days. No payment, no obligation, no mailing list. Or ring 0403 805 280.

Every shopfront on a street like this is being searched for by name, by trade and by suburb, several times a day. Most of them have no site, a profile nobody has touched since 2019, and no idea which of the two is costing them more.
How you got here
You came here directly.
No referrer and no ad: you typed the address, used a bookmark, or tapped a link in a message an app did not tag.
So there is nothing to show you about your own arrival, and we are not going to invent any.
Which is itself worth seeing: about a third of visits to any site look like this, and an agency that reports every one of them as a marketing win is counting its own bookmarks.
The paid path is the one we can show you deliberately: a search, an ad, a click with a price on it, an enquiry with that price attached. That is what we build.
What we do
Four pieces. Each one does a specific job.
Most agencies sell you a bundle and keep the parts vague. These are the four things that actually move enquiries for a local business, what each one includes, and what it deliberately does not.
Google Ads management
Your ad shows up when somebody nearby searches for exactly what you sell, and you can see what each call cost.
What's included02Website design and build
A fast, honest site that reads properly on a phone and makes it obvious how to contact you.
What's included03Google Business Profile management
You turn up in the map pack when somebody searches your trade plus your suburb.
What's included04Conversion tracking and reporting
You stop guessing which advertising works, because every call and form has a source attached to it.
What's includedSample sites
We haven't got one template. Here are five proofs.
A clinic calming somebody in pain and a workshop promising competence are different jobs, and a site that does both in the same typeface is doing neither. Five sample sites, five completely separate art directions, nothing shared between them. Every business on them is invented, and each page says so.

Mechanic
Hoist & Hammer Automotive
Industrial, heavy and unfussy. Built to say “we know what we are doing” before a word is read.

Physiotherapy clinic
Elmwood Physiotherapy
Quiet, airy and slow. Built to lower the heart rate of somebody in pain who is deciding whether to ring.

Café and roastery
Ninth Street Roasters
Editorial and warm. Built like a food magazine, because that is what people want from a café before 9am.

Hair salon
Maison Verrier
Fashion-editorial and expensive. Built so the price feels like the point rather than the obstacle.

Electrician
Verity Electrical
Utilitarian and reassuring. Built around the two things an emergency caller needs: licence number and phone number.
Yours would be a sixth.
Built for your trade, not recoloured from somebody else's.
All five side by side →Pricing
The prices are on the website.
Which should not be remarkable. An agency that will not tell you a number until it has had you on a call is telling you something about how the rest of it will go.
Website
You have no site, or one you are embarrassed to send people to.
A five-page site, written and built for you, with measurement installed from the first day it is live.
What's in itAds management
You already have a site that works. You want the phone to ring.
Google Search and local campaigns built, watched weekly and reported on monthly, in an account you own.
What's in itEverything
You want one person responsible for the whole thing.
The site and the advertising together, with no build fee up front — the build is carried across the term.
What's in itAll prices exclude GST. Advertising spend is separate and is paid directly to Google on your own card — we never handle it and never take a percentage of it.
How it goes
Five steps, and the first one is free.
You get the audit whether or not you hire us. It is a page about your business that we had to do the work to write, which is a more useful thing to judge us on than a proposal.
A free audit, in writing
Within two business daysWe look at what you have — site, Google Business Profile, any advertising already running — and send back a page listing what is costing you enquiries, in plain English. You keep it whether or not you hire us.
A plan and a fixed price
Same weekWhat we would build, in what order, what it costs, and what we would expect your ad spend to be. One page, no slide deck. If the honest answer is that advertising will not work for your business yet, that is what the page says.
We build it
Two to three weeksSite, tracking and Google Business Profile. We interview you once, properly, and write the copy from that. You approve every page before anything goes live.
The ads go on
Week three or fourCampaigns launch small and deliberately narrow — your best service, your closest suburbs — so the first month buys information rather than volume. We widen it once we know which searches convert.
One page, every month
OngoingSpend, enquiries, cost per enquiry, and the three things we changed. Then a call if you want one. Everything stays in accounts with your name on them.
Before you ask
Four things we are not going to tell you.
Every agency pitch you have ever received contained at least one invented number. Here is what we have not got, said out loud, so you can weigh the rest of the page against it.
We are not going to show you other people's logos.
Kerbie is new. The sample sites under Demos are ours, built to show what we make — every business on them is invented, and each one says so on the page.
We will not promise you a position in Google.
Nobody controls the rankings, paid or organic. What we will commit to is what gets built, when it goes live, and that you can see the cost of every enquiry.
We will not quote you a return on investment.
We have not run your advertising yet, so any figure would be made up. After one month of real data we can tell you what an enquiry costs you, and you can decide if it is worth it.
We will not lock your accounts to us.
The Google Ads account, the Analytics property, the Business Profile and the domain are created in your name. If you leave, you keep the history — which is the part that has value.
Who we build for
Local businesses somebody is already searching for.
The pattern is always the same: somebody nearby needs what you do, types it into a phone, and picks from the first few results. If that describes your customers, this works. If you sell nationally online, we will tell you we are the wrong people.

Questions
The ones people actually ask.
Including the three that most agencies answer with a yes they cannot keep.
What does it cost?
A website is $1,790 one-off. Ads management is $590 a month. Both together, with no build fee, is $890 a month on a twelve-month term. All prices exclude GST. Your advertising spend is separate and goes directly to Google on your own card — we never handle it, and never take a percentage of it.
Am I locked into a contract?
Ads management runs for three months, then month to month — three months because a campaign needs that long to produce enough data to be worth judging, and stopping at week three means you paid for the setup and threw away the learning. The combined package is twelve months because the website is built into it instead of being charged up front. The website on its own has no ongoing commitment at all.
Who owns the Google Ads account and the website?
You do. Every account — Google Ads, Analytics, Business Profile, the domain — is created in your name with you as the owner, and we are added as a manager. If you leave, you keep the account and its entire history, which is the part that actually has value. Agencies that run your ads inside their own account are holding the history hostage, and you should ask any of them this question first.
How much should I be spending on ads?
In a suburb like Parramatta, for most trades, somewhere around $900 a month is enough to learn something in the first month. Less than about $500 and the data comes in so slowly that you are paying a management fee to watch a trickle. We will tell you if your market is more expensive than that before you commit — some trades genuinely are.
Can you guarantee I'll be number one on Google?
No, and neither can anybody else. Paid position depends on what your competitors bid and how relevant Google judges your ad and your landing page; organic position is not sold at all. What we will commit to is what gets built, when it goes live, and that you can see what every enquiry cost. Anyone guaranteeing you a position is either guessing or bidding on your own business name and calling it a win.
What return should I expect?
We have not run your advertising, so any number we gave you now would be invented. After the first month you will have a real cost per enquiry, and you know what an enquiry is worth to you better than we do — so at that point the two of us can work it out properly and you can decide whether to continue. If the honest answer after a month is that it does not pay, we would rather tell you that than keep billing you.
You're new. Why would I trust you?
That is a fair question and we are not going to answer it with stock photos of a team. Three things instead. The prices are published, so there is no discovery-call pricing game. Every account is in your name, so leaving costs you nothing but notice. And the sample sites under Demos are ours — invented businesses, clearly labelled — so you can judge the actual work rather than a list of logos. Ring 0403 805 280 and you get the person who would do the work.
Do I need a new website, or can you fix mine?
Often we can fix it. If your site is reasonably quick, reads properly on a phone and makes it obvious how to contact you, then the money is better spent on the advertising and the Business Profile. We will say so in the audit. A new site is worth it when the current one is slow, unreadable on a phone, or impossible to edit — all three of which cost you clicks you have already paid for.
What do you actually do each month?
Search terms are reviewed weekly — that is where the waste hides — along with bids, budget pacing and anything that broke. Ad copy gets tested against what is converting. The Business Profile gets posts, photos and replies to reviews. At the end of the month you get one page: what was spent, how many enquiries, what each one cost, and the three things we changed. Then a call if you want one.
Do you work with my industry?
Local service businesses, mostly — trades, health, food, beauty, home services, professional services. The pattern is the same whenever somebody nearby searches for what you do and picks from the first few results. We are less useful for national e-commerce, and we will tell you that rather than take the retainer.
Where are you based, and do we meet in person?
Parramatta. We meet clients in person around Parramatta and Western Sydney. Everywhere else in Sydney is a video call, which most people prefer anyway.
What happens if I want to leave?
You give us notice, we hand over everything and we remove our access. No exit fee, no charge to release your own accounts, and no holding the domain. On the twelve-month package, leaving early means paying out the remainder of the build — which is the fee we did not charge you at the start — and nothing else.
Step one
Find out what it is costing you to be invisible.
Tell us the business and the suburb. We look at your site, your Business Profile and whatever advertising is already running, and send back a page in plain English: what is costing you enquiries, in what order we would fix it, and what that would cost. You keep it either way.

Who are we looking at?
Step 1 of 3
Whatever is on the invoices.
Where your customers come from, if that's different from where you sit.
